Instrument overview
The Tergeo EM Plasma Cleaner is typically used to remove carbon contamination from the surfaces of TEM samples or bulk materials.
Applications
- cleaning TEM rods and samples to protect the vacuum of a TEM, and to enable more accurate elemental analysis of TEM samples.
- cleaning bulk samples for use in other equipment such as SEMs.
