UKAEA’s SME Exhibition & Connect Event

UKAEA’s is hosting it’s annual SME showcase event, taking place on Wednesday 30 September at our Culham Campus!

What the event includes

• Exhibition booths hosted by SMEs and Tier 1 suppliers, as well as UKAEA and UKFE.
• A day focused on engagement and networking, with workshops and activities throughout.
• Direct access to UKAEA Commercial and technical representatives through our Fusion 1-2-1s.
• Opportunities to connect with delegates from SMEs, large organisations, and industry leaders involved in the fusion sector and related technologies.

Who should register

This event is open to organisations keen to connect with innovative suppliers, giving you the opportunity to engage directly with those shaping the future of fusion.

Whether you are representing large organisations or SMEs whose capabilities align with the fusion energy sector and related technologies, we encourage you to register and take part.

A maximum of two tickets per organisation will be permitted.

Ticket options and key dates

This event will be hosted in an in-person format only.

• Suppliers in-person ticket. You can book this ticket until 3 September. Places are limited due to event capacity, so early booking is recommended. This ticket includes: access to exhibition booths, lunch and the workshops.
• Fusion 1-2-1s ticket. You can book this ticket until 3 September. This ticket is only valid along with a confirmed Suppliers in-person ticket. This option gives you access to have a short 10 minute conversation with the given UKAEA or external representative. Please note: these tickets are limited to only one 1-2-1 session per company, therefore we will be reviewing and moderating registrations received.
• UKAEA ticket. This ticket is for UKAEA staff who are supporting the event or attending as delegates and can be booked until 3 September.
